Clinical hypnotherapy is an empowerment healing process that enhances mental and physical relaxation, in which our subconscious is able to communicate with our conscious mind. It is widely accepted as an excellent method by which we may access our inner potential.

Individuals in a session identify their focus area: What do you want to work on? Once I put someone in a hypnotic trance, the real work begins. Through ego strengthening and age regressions, positive affirmations replace negative messages embedded in early experiences to release or extinguish: anger, sadness, fear, loneliness, shame guilt or jealously to name a few. People use a pillow and energy hose to physically release and extinguish important emotions to begin their healing. By building a resource state and your inner child, participants create new conclusions about themselves, practice affirmations, and begin to get relief. When I bring people out of the hypnotic state, they feel relaxed, happy and at peace.
